If you want to know your body mass index, then divide your body weight in kg by your height in metre square.
Body mass index = Weight in kg or Weight
Height in m2 Height*Height
The WHO criteria for underweight, Healthy or normal weight, overweight and obesity by BMI.
Category BMI
Underweight <18.5
Normal weight 18.5 - 24.9
Overweight 25 - 29.0
Obesity class 1 30 - 34.9
Obesity class 2 35 - 39.9
